MINOX srl
F.A.Q.
1. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STAPLED AND WELDED DRUMS?
The difference lies in the production technique. In the first case, the body and bottom of the container are assembled by overlapping two plates between which is placed the food-grade silicone. In the second case, on the contrary, the plates are welded “head to head” (according to the TIG welding technique) without any addition of materials.
That’s why the welded version is suitable for the storage of any liquid foods, while the stapled one is ideal for preserving olive oil.
2. ARE MINOX DRUMS SUITABLE FOR PRESERVING OF MILK AND HONEY?
Minox drums are not suitable for preserving milk, but they are suitable for honey if associated with the use of an appropriate tap.
